2. Delivery Times
Standard delivery typically takes 3–10 business days depending on your location and the specific product. Some large or specialist items may have longer lead times, which will be clearly indicated at checkout. Express delivery options may be available for certain products and locations.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, the weight and dimensions of your order, and the shipping method selected. Free shipping thresholds may apply in certain country stores — check your local store for current promotions.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. Use this to monitor your shipment through the carrier's tracking system.
5. Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return most items within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition and packaging.
